FLOREAT BUILDING SYSTEMS PVT LTD established in 2008 (formerly ICON INFRASTRUCTURES) is a fast growing ambitious structural engineering company specialized in design, manufacture and execution of Pre Engineered Buildings (PEB), Space Frame Structures and multi storey steel buildings, offering customers a wide range of economical and customized steel building solutions. We are capable of manufacturing structures for more than 20000 sq. m area per month employing a skilled Labour force of more than 200 people in additional to highly qualified technical personnel. Our Production unit can produce around 1000 MT of steel sections annually with fully equipped machineries.
So far we have completed around 20 lakh square meters steel buildings throughout India spanning from Atriums, Convention Centres, Multiplex theatres, Educational buildings, Churches, Warehouses, Factory buildings, Steel Bridges and Domes as well as pre-engineered Steel buildings. We are specialized in Space Frame Technology which is a perfect suit for large span roofing solutions .By relentlessly focusing on innovative design techniques ,research and development in steel building technology and other product oriented fields ,our team is committed to bring in excellence ,professionalism and continuous improvement in the field of steel building techniques.

Subramanyan is an accomplished Senior Executive with vast experience in Steel Products Sales and Marketing. He is a result-oriented leader with proven success in new markets identification and strategic positioning for Pre Engineered Steel Buildings (PEBs), structural steel manufacturing including Space Frames. He got an impressive track record in operational excellence and improvements to drive productivity with impetus on cost reductions. He is a B-tech (AMICE) in Civil Engineering from Institution of Civil Engineers (India). He has 15 year experience in construction of steel structures like PEBs, Space Frames, Tubular Structures and other Heavy Steel Structures.

Ginish Kumar is responsible for the overall management of all Project operations, including supervision of Site Engineers, Supervisors, and field personnel. His duties include ensuring compliance with quality control, project design, planning, layout, and scheduling; evaluation, training and coordination of site staff involved in execution of projects. He is leading a group of efficient and enthusiastic team of Engineers. Ginish Kumar has overseen the completion of many large projects since his inception in to the Company. With over 10 years of experience, Ginish maintains a diligent work ethic and extraordinary professionalism in dealing with owners, architects, and subcontractors. He is a Post Graduate in Structural Engineering from Anna University, Tamil Nadu.

Hanees is responsible for the overall management of all technical operations, including supervision of Design Engineers, Draughtsman and Site Engineers. His duties include ensuring compliance with quality, project design, planning and scheduling; evaluation, training and coordination of staff involved in preparation of drawings and design. He is leading a group of hardworking and enthusiastic team of Engineers. He has got 10 years of experience in steel structural design including design of Multi storey Steel Buildings, Pre Engineered Buildings, Space Frames, large span Steel Structures etc. His design for a steel building in ITI Palakkad has been vetted by IIT Chennai. In his career he completed design of around 500 projects in various parts of Country. He is a Post Graduate in Structural Engineering from Anna University, Tamil Nadu.
MADHUSOODHANAN K (BACHELOR OF SCIENCE)

Madhusoodhanan is responsible for the overall control of finance operations, cash management, financial reporting, balance sheet management and matters relating to taxation. He is responsible for developing internal financial and accounting policies and procedures. He oversees and supervises the administrative function of the organization. He is involved in the management of all leases contracts and other financial commitments. He monitors all legislation relevant to the organization to ensure that the organization is compliant with laws and regulations. He is a former Deputy Director of Kerala State Audit Department with 30 years of Service in Kerala Government. After retirement from Govt. service he joined the company as Director in 2011.
